Over 20 years of experience in equipment finance

Dominion Leasing Software has seen a transformative evolution since its inception. It began with LeaseComplete, our flagship lease and loan accounting and asset management platform that served some of the largest independent finance companies. The journey continued with the introduction of DecisionComplete, a customizable credit origination and workflow platform. To enhance customer service, we launched LC Portal, a tool designed to provide superior service. Throughout this evolutionary journey, we've consistently maintained a reputation for unparalleled customer service in the equipment finance industry.

First meeting

It all begins during our first meeting with each prospective customer.  We take the time to learn what it is that makes your business unique. We then work with you to develop a comprehensive plan to make our products fit your specific needs and desires

When the work begins

When the work begins, we assign to your project a dedicated, in-house team who has in-depth knowledge of our products, not third-party contractors, to ensure a smooth transition. The assigned project team guides you through every step of the conversion, configuration, and testing.  That same team remains with your post-implementation to assist with any follow-up that may be required after you go live with our products.

After implementation

Once you have implemented one of our products, our in-house, US-based Support Team caters to your every need.  Our Support Team provides assistance when you need it, including hands-on help as warranted.
